Is Local Waifu uncensored?
The model runs on your Mac, so there is no content moderation layer between you and it. You are your own moderator, the same way you are with a text editor. What you generate locally is your responsibility.
Can I make my own character like on Character.AI?
Yes, and with more control. The personality wizard covers Big Five traits, attachment style, love language, looks, and backstory. She stays that character because no safety system rewrites her.
